Classes: Sand Engraving & Carving

Glenn Kutzer has been captivated by various arts and crafts for more than 40 years, gaining diverse experience ranging from air brushing to pottery and now to glass.  Captivated by the glass arts, he joined the Creative Glass Guild in 2017, enrolling in a copper foiling class and subsequently sand blasting/carving and more.

Glenn has developed a range of glass skills in the various glass disciplines and enjoys the diversity of sand engraving and how it can be incorporated into the suite of creative arts. He is excited to show the possibilities and pass on his knowledge to others wishing to become proficient in the medium of sand engraving.

Glenn is keen to share his enthusiasm and knowledge of this unique craft, working from the basics to the new technologies. Sand engraving can create three dimensional effects, giving it unrivalled effects, tone, and the ability to produce spectacular outcomes.
